Quinnie earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and International Business from the University of Technology Sydney, Australia. She subsequently moved to the United States to advance her education at Rutgers University, New Brunswick. In 2023, Quinnie was honored as an Eagleton Graduate Fellow, a role during which she interned at the Commissioner's Office within the Department of Human Services, one of New Jersey's largest state entities. Prior to this, she gained valuable experience as a legislative aide at Assemblyman Stanley's office.
While pursuing her master's degree, Quinnie served as Director for Constituent Affairs,overseeing the management of cases across seven municipalities at the Assemblyman's office. In 2024, she completed her Master’s degree in Political Science, specializing in Public Policy and the United Nations. Quinnie currently holds the position of Project Manager at the Department of Labor's in the Commissioner's Office, where she leads efforts to implement the Language Access Law enacted by the Murphy Administration. She resides with her family in New Brunswick.
